Selection Process
Selection for JIPMER Recruitment 2026 will be conducted in the following stages:
Stage 1 — Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Correct answer: +4 marks
- Wrong answer: –1 mark (negative marking applies)
- Unanswered: 0 marks
- Note: No negative marking for Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale) posts

No TA/DA will be paid for attending certificate verification/interview. Candidates failing to appear will not be considered for final selection.
Note: If the number of applications received is limited, JIPMER may at its discretion conduct selection through direct interview without a written examination.
