RBI Assistant Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, pass class is acceptable. Knowledge of computer word processing is required.
Age Limit & Relaxation
Applicants should be 20 to 28 years old as on February 1, 2026. Age relaxation applies for reserved categories as per government norms: SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, etc.

Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will get a starting basic pay of ₹29,000/month along with allowances. The approximate gross monthly salary is around ₹58,514/- (without HRA). Other benefits include pension, medical, housing loan, gratuity, and more.
