Eligibility Criteria for HPPSC Assistant Professor Posts
Educational Qualification for HPPSC Assistant Professor Posts
Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from the University in India or an equivalent degree from Foreign University recognized by the Government of India / Ph. D.
Age Limit for HPPSC Assistant Professor Posts
Candidates apply for the post in HPPSC for Assistant Professor position, He/she must be have minimum age limit of 18 years and maximum age limit of 45 years
Age limit Relaxation applicable as per rules and norms mentioned in notification attached
- Five years relaxation in upper age limit is admissible only to the bonafide SC of HP / ST of HP / OBC of HP / WFF of HP / Persons with disabilities of Himachal Pradesh
- For HP Government employees and Ex-Servicemen of HP, age relaxation is as per Government’s instructions issued from time to time.
- The age relaxation for these categories is available only if there is a post reserved for these categories
